We are happy to share that the US Army has selected and accepted a paper written by Mr. Neal KUSHWAHA (of IMPENDO Inc.) and Prof Dr. Dr. Bruce WATSON (of IP Blox) which discusses the how cyber may not be a Domain of Warfare. Come hear us discuss our paper “Is Cyber Shape-shifting?” at University of North Georgia’s Military College this 8-9 November 2017.
