This year’s 17th annual European Conference on Cyber Warfare and Security (ECCWS) is being held in Oslo, Norway on 28-29 June 2018. We are excited to share that upon a blind peer review, the ECCWS has selected and accepted a paper written by Neal KUSHWAHA (IMPENDO Inc.) and Dr. Bruce WATSON (IP Blox) titled “Cyber Weapons and the U.S. Constitution”.
